Programme Contents
Over the last eight years, we have been developing our capability in helping people to become more influential. We
don't do anything else. We focus all of our effort on learning about power and influence and finding practical ways
to help people succeed through greater influence. The Gautrey Influence Programme is a self-development package which contains all of the key concepts, many of
the diagnostics, and numerous exercises, all focused on influence. In fact, it contains most of the material we use
with our large corporate clients.
The Gautrey Influence Programme contains...
- The Influencing Skills Survey. This multi-use 360° is based on the 42 skills critical to influence. We use
it to calibrate the starting point, and to chart progress as people develop (more info).
- The Influence Workbook. This is the workbook we use to support delegates on our corporate workshops. It
contains all of the key concepts and over 30 exercises to release the practical benefit in your world.
- The Gautrey Influence Profile. Greater influence often comes from adapting your style in order to
become more effective with different people. The Influence Profile is a psychometric tool which shows you how you
prefer to influence, and then how to understand others so you can
become more flexible (more info).
- Advocates & Enemies: How to Build Practical Strategies to Influence Your Stakeholders. This exciting new book
by Colin Gautrey contains his highly effective Stakeholder Influence Process,
which will help you to organise your influence work,
focus your effort and make things happen, fast! More info.
- The Personal Power Diagnostic. Often described as the short-cut to influence, power is an essential part of your
capability. This diagnostic helps to get you started exploring what it means and what you've
got (more info).
- Development Needs. What issues and challenges are you facing right now? Under specific development needs, we
give you pointers into the various Influence Programme resources to help you to overcome these challenges. This is
a great way to focus your development where it will have the greatest impact on your work.
- Email Insights. We know life is busy, so about every 10 days we will email you a short, thought-provoking
article about influence (you can opt-out of this if you want). The intent of this email is to remind you about your
development, help you to pause a moment and think, and also,
point you into the right place in the resources to learn more.
Although developed as a self-development package, The Gautrey Influence Programme is highly suited to accompany coaching
or training programmes where the primary need is influence. In fact, this programme sits behind much of our
client work.
